Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Young girl was nice and helpful with picking out which inflatable we wanted to rent for a birthday party. She sent pictures of what was available. She was able to give us a bundle deal to include multiple inflatables and a snow cone machine. I was told delivery/set up would take place an hour before our scheduled party start time. Day of, at the scheduled delivery time, I had to call and ask where they were, and I was told "on the way...half hour away." Inflatables arrived roughly 1:45pm with scheduled party to begin at 2pm. Guest were arriving and the inflatables were being taken out of the trailer. Instead of making sure inflatables were assembled and ready for use as guest were arriving, the gentleman was more concerned with us paying the remaining balance and signing a waiver/responsibility form. I had to finally ask gentleman to go ahead and assemble inflatables since guest were here, as I would most certainly pay remaining balance once he was able to send me an invoice to pay online. The paper for me to sign to accept "responsibility" was very vague- no details regarding what I would be responsible for/accountable for if something were to happen to inflatable. When asking the gentleman, he stated if inflatables were damaged, some inflatables cost up to $20,000 to replace...but he didn't have any that expensive (still no exact fee was discussed.) There was also an issue/misunderstanding between what the young girl had quoted me and what the gentleman was expecting our final payment to be..? No stool or method to enter the high bounce house with provided. Also, was told they were "running low" on power extension cords so we were scrambling last minute to find enough extension cords to hook up electricity for the inflatables... :( Water slide was a hit for the kiddos. I was told pick up/rental would be 4 hours and would arrive around 6pm to take down/remove inflatables. An hour past scheduled pick up time, I had to text (got no reply) and call (several times) to ask if pick up with still happening that evening. I was told they were "on the way." It was getting dark, the whole party had been torn down and we were just waiting around for the inflatables to be disassembled/picked up. Arrived after dark to pick up inflatables, didn't leave until 9pm (3 hours past scheduled pick up time.) We understand things happen and schedules don't always go as planned- communication would've been appreciated. The biggest "ehh" was guest arriving and gentlemen more worried about getting paid the remaining balance instead of going ahead and getting inflatables assembled, since they did arrive 45 minutes late for drop off/assemble. The actual inflatables were fun, however customer service/communication/promptness could use improvement. Oh, and a more thorough/detailed waiver/responsibility form would be more professional- customers are leery to sign without full details enclosed!
